Every towing company says 30 minutes. You get the ETA based on where trucks actually are, and if the honest answer is 50 minutes because you are down-island past the pavement, that is the answer you get. You can plan around a true number. You cannot plan around a happy one.

SPID, I-37, the Crosstown, and Highway 358 are home turf, and the beach from the access roads down toward the National Seashore is covered with the right equipment. Outside that footprint? Call anyway - if a truck cannot reach you in reasonable time, you hear that straight and fast.

When You Call

Have your location (a cross street, an SPID exit, a beach access road or mile marker, or a dropped pin), the vehicle make and model, and a few words about what happened. On the beach, the access road number matters more than anything else you can say. That is all the dispatcher needs to quote the job and start the clock. Calls are answered around the clock, every day of the year.
